5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Daily Play and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit permission.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using our platform, including game designs, branding, and custom assets. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.3 User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for the content you upload.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Fees

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6.2 Payment Terms

• You must provide valid payment information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, DATA LOSS, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daily Play from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or upload to the platform

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
